JOB INFORMATION | | Job Title: | Recognition Program Manager | | Job ID # | K1784 | | Job Family: | Leader | | Reports To Position: | Senior Leadership | | FLSA | EXECUTIVE EXEMPTION | | PRIMARY PURPOSE | | Ensure the smooth delivery of all company wide recognition programs to employees. | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS | | | | | |
Delegate appropriate tasks/duties as needed to other recognition team members. | Deliver an excellent recognition experience for all company sponsored plans (annual service rewards, million mile achievement rewards, etc.) | Develop and implement user friendly processes that enable employees to receive and select gift or award. | Advocate company goals with designated vendors relating to quality of awards, delivery and distribution. | Ensure recognition database is maintained and provides employees with appropriate gift or award based on years of service, or driver achievement, etc.) | Track expenditures and ensure cost assigned to correct GL. | Communicate achievements to leadership and provide guidance on best way to recognize the individual's achievement. | Adhere to and effectively communicate the recognition program award eligibility criteria and guidelines. | Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to produce compelling and informative videos and communications. | Lead efforts to coordinate nationwide events that recognize drivers and employees. (Million Mile Drivers, Driver Appreciation Week, etc). | Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objective. |

Education | Education | Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required. |
Work Experience | Work Experience | 3+ years' experience in rewards and recognition programs or similar roles required. | Experience in transportation industry preferred. |
Skills and Abilities | Must be able to manage programs from conception, to development, execution and completion. | Must possess exceptional organizational skills and strong follow-up discipline. | Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to collaborate with others. | Must be able to prioritize competing deadlines, and keep multiple programs moving without losing details. | Must be a strong team player who can partner across departments and hold others accountable professionally. | Must be comfortable reviewing data, identifying trends, and turning information into action plans. |
