ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Incumbent manages the financial transaction process for customers at the end of their leases and installment contracts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Resolve customer disputes and conflicts regarding end of lease transactions.

Identify opportunities for creating process improvements and greater efficiency.

Discuss and process all end of lease transactions with current lease customers, which includes preparing documentation and interacting with insurance company and/or financial institutions as needed.

Assist with the preparation of equipment for loan, lease or sale to customers at related party companies.

Maintain current standard work documentation for all end of lease processes.

Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Education

Education

Bachelor's in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.


Work Experience

Work Experience

2+ years' experience in credit, banking or lending required.

Previous experience with basic lease and amortization transactions required

Transportation industry experience preferred.

Bi-lingual preferred.


Skills and Abilities

Must possess excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.

Must possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments

Must be able to adapt to change is an excellent team-player.
