Develop and create multimedia learning solutions from concept to execution that drive measurable impact to the business and align to the organization's strategic direction. | Organizational Summary | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS | | | | | |
Develop, edit and/or maintain video and graphic design content to ensure maximum impact and alignment with overall learning objectives. | Support delivering learning campaigns to a variety of stakeholders through multiple communication channels. | Provide input on recommended approaches to content design and user experience. | Support personalization and content targeting activities. | Perform quality reviews for all digital components. | Learn and utilize multiple content design tools for digital publishing. | Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives. |

Education | Education | Bachelor Degree or equivalent education and/or experience required. |
Work Experience | Work Experience | 5+ years of effectively managing projects by developing milestones, obtaining approvals, estimating timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. | Previous experience with digital video production and editing suites (Premiere, etc.) required. | Experience with After Effects and Adobe Audition preferred. |
Skills and Abilities | Must be able to produce video for multiple social platforms. | Must be able to direct talent in front and behind the camera. | Must have excellent attention to details, and organizational skills. | Posses strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize responsibilities. | Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced, time sensitive production environment. | Must posses excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
