PRIMARY PURPOSE

Contribute to increased overall employee engagement and satisfaction by coordinating all recognition programs and celebrations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Track eligibility for all recognition programs (service, mileage, etc.) and ensure those eligible receive their award in a timely fashion.

Provide leaders with advance notice as to who is receiving a reward in their group and provide guidance as to appropriate ways to recognize employee achievements.

Collaborate with marketing for recognition events such as Diamond Drivers, or Driver Appreciation week.

Routinely provide executive leadership with a report on number of rewards distributed.

Overseas the Drive for Degree Program with SNHU.

Coordinates Driver and eligible dependent student enrollment with SNHU.

Facilitate daily Driver calls regarding the Drive for Degree program.

Track, follow-up, and report SNHU enrollment data to leadership.

Assists Executives with various responsibilities including the coordination of activities, oral/written communications, meetings and reports.

Backup coverage to executive assistant for setting up travel arrangements and meeting planning.

Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objective.

Education

Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.


Work Experience

Work Experience

2+ years' experience in office administration required.

Prior experience in transportation industry preferred.


Skills and Abilities

Must possess advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.

Must be detail-orientated.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks and activities.

Must be able to effectively communication with leadership including executive leadership.
