Ensure generation of inbound traffic for driver recruiters. | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS | | | | | |
Provide recommendation for the driver-recruiting media planning, budgeting and go-to-market campaign process. Work with media/ad agency vendor(s) to place, optimize, and capture performance of online and offline media across various audiences and sources. | Lead weekly agency “report back” meetings and quarterly accountability meetings. | Execute targeted campaigns, implementing strategies by delegating to agencies. | Evaluate new advertising opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership, manage agency/vendor relationships. Advise on demand management process improvements to drive recruiter efficiencies. | Create database marketing campaigns to re-engage “old” leads and advance leads through the various recruitment process steps. | Manage job distribution tool to ensure all jobs are created and distributed to PPC channels, to include landing page creation and refreshes. | Work with agencies to develop and optimize SEO plan to increase organic lead flow and ensure consistent growth. | Track performance of lead flow and make recommendations to enhance performance. | Responsible for managing 800-number tracking process, the creation of new numbers as needed and report performance on calls. | Monitor driver website and keep up to date. | Utilize marketing tools within ATS to generate lead flow and evaluate performance. | Provide input to the content creation and content-calendar posting process for the company's main websites, social media sites and other priority projects. Work with graphic designer(s) and advertising agencies as necessary. | Recommend use of social networking sites to drive interest in the company's Driver Recruiting. | Collaborate and actively participate in matrix relationships with key stakeholders including driver recruiting, owner operators, HR, and internal communications and other designated department personnel, as well as outside vendors as needed. | Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives. |

Education | Education | Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience required. |
Work Experience | Work Experience | At least one (1) year experience in related field required. | Previous experience with recruitment advertising in the transportation industry preferred. |
Skills and Abilities | Must possess demonstrated written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences. | Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. | Must be able to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines. | Must be able to problem solve and provide resolution. | Must be able to perform strategic analysis. | Must be able to interact and work well with others while contributing to overall team objectives, along with demonstrated ability to work well independently. | Must possess a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. |
