PRIMARY PURPOSE

Ensure all drivers have an outstanding on-boarding experience by scheduling pre-employment screening appointments and assisting in the completion of Pre-DQP tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Manage relationships and interface with drivers, recruiters and leadership.

Set up drug screen testing on nationwide basis. Enter drug screen data and conduct drug screen traces as needed.

Assist Driver's through physical process from start to completion, acting as main point of contact.

Ensure 100% accuracy in audits.

Book transportation to and from pre-employment screening if necessary.

Ensure Pre-DQP tasks are sent, reviewed, and followed up on for completion prior to DQP attendance.

Assist Recruiting and Driver Qualification in the onboarding process.

Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

2 years' office administrative experience required.

Previous experience making travel arrangements required.


Skills and Abilities

Must possess outstanding communication skills.

Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
