Identify variances and provide recommendations to leadership. | Track cash flow trends and look for patterns. Provide leadership with findings and provide recommended solutions. | Monitor and manage the company's risk, debt, covenant compliance, interest expense, bank fees, investments, and liquidity. | Prepare routine reports (Cash reporting, AR Securitization, Banking, Investments, Borrowing-base, LIBOR contracts & notices, etc.) for lenders, accounting team, executives, VPs, and others. | Refine and update technical and business skills through work assignments and advanced technical and business training. | Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and skills abilities. | Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives. |

Education | Education | Bachelors in finance or accounting or equivalent experience required. |
Work Experience | Work Experience | 2+ years of business and/or financial and/or treasury analysis experience required. |
Skills and Abilities | Must have a strong understanding of financial measurement tools and accounting principles. | Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and able to present data in a succinct and understandable format. | Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. | Must be results oriented. | Must be able to handle changing priorities. | Must be able to plan and organize. | Must be able to interact will multiple levels leadership. | Must possess good collaboration skills. | Must be details oriented. |
