Designs and delivers processes for efficient and effective recruitment & selection. | Forges proactive and effective partnerships with hiring leaders to understand client needs and fill requisitions quickly with talented employees meeting the company's standards of high character and competence. Screens and refers applicants to hiring leaders throughout the organization, making hiring recommendations where appropriate. | Operates with a continued sense of urgency and passion for customer service. Takes ownership of the end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process. | -Determines methods to achieve company hiring goals, improve cycle time, hiring leader satisfaction, quality of hire, retention of new hires and internal bench strength. | Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills. | Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. | Partners with leaders to identify the behavioral competencies and skills of top current employees in an effort to improve organizational ability to hire candidates most likely to be successful. | Evaluates Non-Driver position requirements and develops plans and strategies for achieving hiring goals. | Prepares and analyzes reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with departmental goals & objectives. | Develops non-driver hiring sources, to include career fairs, community organizations, educational institutions, industry networks etc. and evaluates / uses advertising media that optimize the flow of qualified applicants. | Creates position-specific questionnaires as supplements to the application process to increase the company's ability to evaluate the candidacy of applicants. | Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives. |

Education | Education | High School Diploma or equivalent required. | Bachelors degree preferred. |
Work Experience | Work Experience | 2 years' recruitment experience working with multiple recruiting sources (internet, job fairs, networks etc.) required. | Previous performance evaluation and coaching experience preferred. |
Skills and Abilities | Must posses advanced oral and written communication skills. | Must demonstrate good judgment and discretion. | Must posses good problem solving skills. | Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in customer service and project management. |
