PRIMARY PURPOSE

Coordinate and implement systems to maximize the utilization of KNX's assets while working in an assigned customers environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Communicate effectively and professionally with assigned customer personnel on all levels while developing positive and sold relationships to enhance growth.

Assist in collecting and maintaining current customer information in the system.

Collaborate with all KNX internal departments to resolve customer or company issues when necessary.

Serve as an on-site daily extension of Sales to expand business revenue by exploring all dedicated, rail, and logistics opportunities with Customers.

Communicates daily with responsible KNX planning centers to ensure customer commitments are being met.

Generate related reports regarding service, OS&D, accessorial, etc…to assist in evaluating cost factors associated with business.

Perform any other responsible related job duties as required by Customer.

Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.


Work Experience

Work Experience

1 - 3 years of customer service or customer relations experience preferred.


Skills and Abilities

Must be able to work under stress while remaining professional at all times.

Must be proactive and work efficiently and independently.

Must posses knowledge of ISO customer service processes.
